ACI Motors, the official distributor of Yamaha motorcycles in Bangladesh, has recently concluded a road safety campaign under the title ‘Your Awareness, Our Safety” (আপনার সচেতনতাই, আমার নিরাপত্তা)’
Ran from 1-10 August 2022, the Integrated media campaign targeted drivers of heavy vehicles on highways. The campaigners argue in Bangladesh reckless driving has increased and with it resulted in an increased accident rate. Unfortunately, motorcylists are the largest causalities in accidents, even in cases when they are not at fault.
The main objective of the campaign was to convey the message “that only everyone’s safety can save everyone.” Heavy vehicle drivers can save motorbikes if they drive with little care and consider motorbikes as their friends.
