Despite improving leaps and bounds over the past decade, Hyundai is still not seen as the maker of premium cars, at least not outside its home market. Despite this, the Korean automaker still rolls out ultra-luxury land barges, examples that will put their luxury marque, Genesis to shame.

The 2023 Hyundai Grandeur, also known as the Azera, is the latest example. The massive full-size luxury sedan is an elegant beauty, featuring slim light bars, flush door handles and a large starlight front grille with recessed headlight.

The elegance continues on the inside, with minimalist design, premium material and all touch controls, though the latter might be an issue for people who like to touch the metal buttons of their very upmarket car. Hyundai remains tight-lipped about the powertrain and the price, both to be disclosed in the coming weeks ahead of a market launch.
