Nissan reveals its first ever electric SUV, the Nissan Ariya

The SUV was revealed in an online event on July 15, which showcased its design that seems to be inspired by the Nissan Murano, although the newer SUV is considerate of the electric image and features a much more futuristic outlook. But the SUV doesn’t depend solely on its outlooks, as it apparently has a range of about 300 miles on a single charge and features a high-tech interior, with almost no buttons or knobs, according to the automaker. Due to its powerplant being located under its floor, much like the SUV’s close competitors, the Tesla Model Y and the Ford Mustang Mach-E, cabin room is plentiful. As mentioned before, the Ariya instead of using physical buttons, used capacitive touch for controls, but it still doesn’t hold a candle to Tesla’s massive screen wherein all the controls lie.
