A LOVE LETTER TO DAIKOKU FUTO

Before starting to get in the juicier car stuff, Daikoku is a man-made island situated at the outskirts of Tokyo, usually dealing with Seaways import and export. Daikoku Futo is a specific parking lot in the area where usually truckers and people stop by to rest or eat if they come across it when they are going on a trip. It’s a civil parking lot with tons of goodies and gifts to take home as well as comfort food, restrooms and of course, a couple of cool cars to spot too. But, the actual fun begins when the sun goes down on the weekends.Expect everything you dreamt on your wildest automotive dreams on the night you are about to witness. From clean builds, time attack cars, and cars slammed to the ground to serious hypercars and absolute rusty, rattle boxes that we all love and adore; it’s all there. Even though I am writing about it, honestly words cannot describe what shows up and the vibe in one of those meets. This Daikoku Futo lot has a rich history attached to it as well.
