WAGONS FOR FAMILY MAN

Before the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution came to take its toll on the rally scene, the automaker made its name in the scene with something called the Mitsubishi Galant VR4. The Legnum is exactly the wagonised version of the 8th generation Galant. The bold wagon is one to look out for on the radar for you JDM fanboys.The 260RS is a bit of a special snowflake though, tuned by Autech to peak desirability. Coming in a 5MT only variant, the 260RS makes use of the RB26DETT and features ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive from the R33 GTR and a limited-slip rear differential. And additional Autech goodies come standard, of course.Mitsubishi’s rally glory makes this wagon a formidable one, as at the time the Evo 9 sedan was a supercar killer in its own right. The wagon borrows a lot from the sedan, and is similarly formidable on the straights. Although it may have its shortcomings on the corners, it holds its grounds as a wagon.
