Asian MotorspeX Limited, a subsidiary of Asian Holdings, officially debuted the Chery brand of automobiles in Bangladesh yesterday through a grand launching ceremony at the grand ballroom of the capital’s Hotel Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden. Cricketer Tamim Iqbal has been signed as the brand ambassador of Chery Bangladesh.
According to a press release, the Chinese automobile company have 25 years of experience in the international market and operates in 80 countries, with 10 million customers. For this current year, Chery is launching two models. First is their flagship Tiggo 8Pro, a luxurious 1.6-litre seven-seater crossover with premium features such as powered front seats, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, voice commands and much more.
Along with 8 Pro, Chery also rolled out the Tiggo 4 Pro, a 1.5-litre five-seat crossover that also features some well-desired amenities such as a sunroof, powered driver seat, rear ac vents and fully digital gauge cluster. Price 46.50 lac and 32.50 lac respectively, both models are offered with 5 years/ 100,000km warranty for the engine and gearbox, along with 2 years bumper to bumper warranty.
