A small, sub-compact SUV which does not break the bank. The Honda Vezel has been a crowd favorite, mainly for the price it comes in and the rather interesting body language it sports. The Vezel comes also in a 1.5L variant, which goes easy on taxes whilst being an SUV, another reason for being a popular choice among many commuters.
Toyota harrier
The benchmark of midsize SUVs in Bangladesh is the Toyota harrier. The Harrier gets many things right and ticks a lot of premium boxes in the process. The comprehensive redesign creates a strong presence, as it looks unlike most cars on the road today. Along with a very comfortable driving experience and a rather comprehensive kit list, it makes for a pretty exciting luxury SUV. Although it is on the steeper side of the price chart, it’s a Toyota they never disappoint.
Nissan X Trail
The Nissan X-Trail, a midsize SUV which Bangladesh understood; where it’s mostly biased towards Toyota. The X-trail is quite a capable SUV where the 2.0L engine is efficient and fast. It can easily be used for daily commuting and even though it’s a big car, cutting through traffic is not hard as the X-Trail has adequate torque and a manageable turning radius.
Honda CRV
The 2022 Honda CR-V finishes near the top of our compact SUV rankings. It’s among the class leaders in several areas, including passenger and cargo space and fuel economy. It delivers a zesty acceleration while maintaining a comfortable ride, and it gets good gas mileage. The interior looks and feels upscale. Both rows of seats are spacious and comfortable, and the cargo hold is one of the largest in the compact SUV class.
Toyota CHR
The Toyota C-HR, although a popular vehicle in the Bangladesh market, isn’t the first SUV some would recommend. Some reasons being Its bland engine, sleepy acceleration, restricted rear visibility, and tiny cargo hold all detract from its overall appeal. But the Toyota does have a few strengths – such as a handsome cabin, a long list of standard features, and engaging handling. This vehicle has a well-put-together cabin lined with high-quality materials. Nice touches like patterned plastics and faux leather give the interior an upscale feel.
Mitsubishi outlander
The redesigned 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander is a good compact SUV no matter how you look at it. The Outlander impresses with its tranquil ride and handling, luxury-esque interior, user-friendly infotainment system, and wealth of standard safety features. It sports a large cargo area, and its four-cylinder engine yields respectable fuel economy. The Outlander is also one of the few small SUVs with third-row seating making it possible, not comfortably, but to fit seven passengers.
